Dear Hilde and Anneben,

I hope you are having cooler weather and enjoying your garden!

As I write the wind is blowing and it is raining but we had somme nice

weather Wed-Sat. The rest of our trip went well the cycle path

improved very much at Beziers until past Portiragnes it was

tarmacadam which was lovely. Then towards Agde it deteriorated

again - mountain bikes with shocks would have been better.

We got the train with our bikes from Agde to Collioure on Saturday

August 28th and had a great time with our friends. We enjoyed

staying with you in Paraza and the lovely meal in the port restaurant.

Accueil charmant, chambre agréable où vous attendent plein de petites

attentions. Un petit déj avec nos hôtes très convivial. Vous pouvez aussi

louer des vélos dans le village et faire le canal du midi. Que du bonheur !!

home safely on Friday after our lovely cycling holiday in the Languedoc Region.

Thank you for the very nice night we spent at Maison Bon Ton, you made

us feel very comfortable and welcome.

Thank you for the very interesting talk at breakfast – I hope your

fundraising for the War Child charity keeps up and I wish you both well.

Dear Anneben and Hilde

Now that we have finally returned home, we just wanted to thank you very
much indeed for a most enjoyable 2 nights with you. It was great to meet
you both and we loved the whole 'Canal experience' - and your area too of
course.
